Primary Results Summary Tool 2023

As promised, here’s a link to download a copy of my primary results summary tool. Please download and save before entering any data. Otherwise your results will be there for the next person to see.

I’ve added the 2023 KS2 results (% achieving EXS; GDS/High score is not out yet) and will add other national figures when they are published. You can add those yourself by unlocking the sheet (right click the tab, click unlock and enter password ‘primary’).

The charts on the next tab will update automatically and I’ve set the print margins so it will (hopefully) print out neatly over 4 pages.

It’s a free tool and please do share.

Hope it’s useful.

This is an amazing spreadsheet – it is so simple to complete and share. My governors loved it! Do you still have the progress spreadsheet? I found that really interesting last year.

This is fantastic – any prediction when ASP will be available for the confidence intervals?

Hi Maxine. You’ll get the progress data (and confidence intervals) via tables checking exercise first. Looks like a national data release is scheduled for 12th Sept so I’m predicting that day. KS2 data won’t appear in ASP til later in the term, usually after half term.

Hello. Thank you for producing this. This year I can’t get the link to work.

Hi James, the spreadsheet link is now giving me a 404 error?
